It is even the cause of some domestic disputes. If one spouse is afflicted with this condition, it can result in couples sleeping in separate rooms.  </p>
<p>The serious problematic snorer may also suffer from sleep apnea, a condition in which a person stops breathing for a period of time. Frequent snoring can also lead to some serious medical conditions such as high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, and fatigue. If you snore, first get checked by a doctor and then try to eliminate this from your bedtime ritual.  </p>
<p>First, it is important to find out what exactly causes snoring. Snoring is basically noisy breathing from your mouth or nose when you are sleeping. The noise is caused by an obstruction to your airflow, which can be caused by congestion from a blocked nose. It can also be caused by the base of your tongue or soft tissue in your upper palate or throat getting in the way of your airflow. When lying down, the congestion, tongue, or soft tissue falls back into your throat causing the obstruction. The cure is to eliminate this blockage and open the compressed airways. There are a number of remedies to achieve this.  </p>
<p>Lifestyle changes are one area where your can try to correct this condition. Since excessive weight and alcohol abuse are often associated with snoring, exercise, weight loss, and abstinence from alcohol are all remedies. <p>Adding pillows to your bed will also change your sleep angle and prop you up. But if the pillows are just kinking your neck, then get rid of all of them because they will be more of a hindrance than a help. The idea is to adjust the entire torso angle, not just the neck.  </p>
<p>It is important to try to correct this condition of snoring , so as to not cause more problems to your life – whether they are domestic or physical. Some simple sleep or lifestyle habits are likely to help. If it becomes really bothersome, you can turn to dental implants, medication, or surgery options. </p>

<p>1. The first remedy for snoring is to eat honey. You should consume a teaspoon of honey at night right before you go to bed. This is will help you stop your snoring. </p>
<p>2. Another home remedy for snoring is to sleep on your side. By sleeping on your back, you cause yourself to snore. What happens is you close or block your air passages. So, if you sleep on your side, you will be able to prevent yourself from snoring. </p>
<p>3. Not eating dairy products before bed is another home remedy for snoring. Before you go to bed, make sure you don&#8217;t eat any milk or yogurt products. If you do, it will cause you to snore while you&#8217;re sleeping. </p>

After trying 90% of these so called remedies myself and talking to people who followed me in my stop snoring quest I have reduced all of those stop snoring remedies to two solutions that I can guarantee to work.<br />
It all started at the point that I realized I had a problem that not only bothered me but also my wife. I told this story before but when she moved to the guest room one night I new I needed to act quickly. I was snoring for years before that night and she complained before but she never left our bedroom before.<br />
Stop snoring remedies that did not work.<br />
The very next day I started my stop snoring quest and I bought those nose thingies to open up the nose. Although my wife was proud that I at least did something it did not help, not the first night and also the week following there was no diverence.<br />
The second week my daughter bought a horrible T-shirt for me, on the back where tennis balls sowed in. So I woke up every time I rolled on my back. My wife told me it worked against snoring but she and I where awake because i kept tossing and turning all night. It was very uncomfortable.<br />
To keep it short I tried the following products:<br />
- nasal spray (lubricant)<br />
- nasal strips<br />
- tennis balls<br />
- mouth device from shop<br />
- mouth and jaw device from dentist<br />
- stop snoring pillow (but not the right one)<br />
- homeopathic stop snoring drops<br />
- life changes (no alcohol, dairy products, losing weight)<br />
- electronic anti-snoring remedies<br />
Stop snoring remedies that do work<br />
In fact I think I tried everything except surgery. I must say that losing a bit of weight did help a bit but it was not enough. It did made me look on internet forums at exercises and I found an e-book that was life changing for me. It is called the stop snoring exercise program and it is the best money I spend in years. 80 percent of the snoring stopped after one week of doing 3 minute exercises and 90 percent after a month. This was the first remedy that actually worked. After years of snoring I finally found something that worked and I did not need surgery for it, it cost me $49,- dollar and that was it.<br />
I did have some nights that I did snore a bit, but because it was nothing compared to the way I snored before doing the exercises. I was not planning to do anything about it. My wife was also snoring a bit on some days and that seemed normal at the time.<br />
Until a friend suggested a snore no more pillow, I told him I already tried one and that it was just another disappointment. But he was very convincing, so I bought an official snore no more pillow (be aware of cheap knock offs, they do not work!!!) and gave it to my wife as a joke. You can understand that I was amazed when she stopped snoring with this pillow. So I bought one for myself and I asked people on a medical forum to try this pillow if they where thinking about buying a stop snoring pillow anyway. It did not stop everyone from snoring and it certainly did not work completely for the heavy snorers but it did reduce the snoring for almost everybody.<br />
So I&#8217;m convinced, the stop snoring exercise program and the snore no more pillow are the only two stop snoring remedies that actually do the job. I guarantee it will be a great experience to wake up rested. Give it a try!!! </p>

So, what I&#8217;m going to do is share with you a snoring remedy. That way, you will be able to get some rest at night without being disturb by your snoring. <br/><br/>The snoring remedies are: <br/><br/>1. The first snoring remedy is honey. You should eat a teaspoon of honey every night before you go to bed. This will help you with you snoring. It&#8217;s very effective. <br/><br/>2. Another snoring remedy is to sleep on your side. If you sleep on your back, you will cause yourself to snore. What happens is you will block your air passages. So, to prevent this from happening, you should sleep on your side. <br/><br/>3. Using nasal drops is another way to help you stop snoring. Nasal drops will help you open up your nostrils. Which will help you stop snoring. <br/><br/>4. Another remedy is to elevate your head. You can do this by adding another pillow. When your head is in a low position, it causes you to block your air ways, which causes you to snore. By adding another pillow, you help prevent this from happening. <br/><br/>5. Another way to stop snoring is to not eat any dairy products before bed. Milk and yogurt products will cause you to snore if you eat them before going to bed. So, be sure you don&#8217;t eat them. <br/><br/>These are some snoring remedies. If you are serious about curing your snoring, you should do something about it now. Be sure to use these remedies to help you. <br/><br/></p>
