Instead, I will provide some useful tips that can help you to stop snoring. 1) Your snoring may be due to a weak muscle tone, so, exercise regularly in order to improve your fitness level as it will help to strengthen as well as tone your muscle all over your body. 2) Studies have shown that excessive weight adds pressure on the soft tissues and muscles in the neck and chest areas, this may increase the chances of snoring. So, if you are over weighed and have excessive fat, lose it now. 3) People snore when there is a pressure on the airway making it difficult for you to breathe, so, try to reduce the pressure by sleeping on a pillow with your head raised. 4) Don&#8217;t sleep on your back, try to sleep on your side and put a pillow beside you so that you won&#8217;t roll onto your back again. 5) Don&#8217;t smoke as smoking may obstruct the airway, swell the throat&#8217;s tissue, block the small vessels in the lungs and swell the nose&#8217;s mucous membrane. 6) Don&#8217;t drink too much alcohol, especially before you go to sleep, as alcohol can make your throat&#8217;s muscles relax and cause you to snore even louder. 7) Check out some snoring exercises as it will help to stop your snoring problem permanently, many people had tried it, and it works for them very effectively. </p>
